  • Flowing sequences to energise and revitalise you.

  • Monday, 18:30 - 19:30
    A practice designed to connect and release. Let’s work on building strength, flexibility and balance, featuring breathwork, guided meditation & sound.

  • Tuesday, 18:30 - 19:30
    An easy class with breathwork and gentle stretching.

  • Wednesday 18:30 - 19:30
    An independent class taught by Cally. Let's activate and strengthen the core, adductors, glutes, triceps and neck.

  • Thursday 18:30 - 19:30
    Viking Warrior yoga is for the yogi that likes to take our practice to the edge, but also has the discipline to surrender or release during a session.

    It is an advanced practice.

  • Friday 18:00 - 19:15
    Each class offers a different tea and intention. Expect gentle yoga, breathwork and meditation that expands your consciousness.

  • Friday 18:30 - 19:30
    Open the heart space with sacred cacao, let up energetic pathways with breathwork. Then we change the waves in the brain from beta to alpha with sound. Not suitable if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or epilepsy.

  • Saturday 09:30 - 10:30
    Gentle, thoughtful movement to release tension and adhesions. With a ritual of self-care with a weekly high vibrational massage balm. Massage tool are used to work on the meridian points.

  • Sunday 10:00 - 11:30
    A class suitable for the yogi who is comfortable with the names of the poses. We tap into the masculine and feminine energies with intention, movement, breath, meditation and sound.

  • Monday 18:30 - 19:45 in the Zen Den
    A welcoming class suitable for an absolute beginner or someone looking to learn the basics of yoga.
